Twilight is not amused

While Sunset Shimmer and Applejack discuss the Chaos Emeralds, Pinkie Pie had approached Twilight with a long, wrapped object.
"Your staff's looking a little worn out," the party girl said. "So... I got you this!"

Twilight raised an eyebrow before accepting the object. It looked like it could be a staff, although shorter than the one she usually carries. Carefully unwrapping it, Twilight couldn't help but notice the growing smile on Pinkie's face. Finally, the staff was revealed.

"Now you can not only fight off bad guys, but writer's block as well!" Pinkie exclaimed.
"You got me... a giant pencil..." Twilight deadpanned. It was going to be one of those days...
